Welcome to our site which has been developed by the young people who attend our Projects!

Young people aged 8-25 are welcome to come and get involved in our different activities which take place 7 days a week. Our activities are specifically designed for young people who find they don't fit in, struggle to make friends and tend to spend most of their time isolated due to social anxiety or poor mental health. 

Young people tell us that Synergy is really good at providing a safe space for them to "be themselves", make new friends without being judged and have access to loads of different opportunities where they can find a passion in life - oh and get off their phones!!
